It’s tradeshows and parties, education and fundraising, annual meetings, teambuilding, and big fun shows.
It’s for CEOs and artists and stakeholders, trainers and motivators and company employees who work at making things, or making things work.
It’s to celebrate, re-commit, show off, learn, focus, do some good.
We’re sometimes called on to design for the same event over a period of years, as with SigEp Conclave, a biannual convention of brothers for legislation, connection and education. We have designed countless event identities related to the themes. Then, everything else to go along with it, from freestanding signage and kiosks, to printed programs, table decor and stage dress.
Diversity Richmond throws all manner of great community-building and fundraising shindigs. Events like Scaryoke, All Americans and Drag Bingo help to pay for grants they award to community partners at their open house party, The Big OH! We get to do the event naming, branding and marketing for them.
We design for serious topics, too. Honeywell performance fiber and armor materials are about as serious as it gets. We have designed tradeshows all over the world promoting armor products for armed forces of all kinds. We worked with their engineers to understand the technical aspects of the fiber products, so that we could accurately render information graphics. The examples below are just a few show panels from Milipol, DMD and IACP.
When the Richmond Symphony hosted a Beethoven Festival, we jumped at the opportunity to pay homage to other masters -- Bob Dylan and his famous portrait by Milton Glaser.
